Wife, mom, osteopath, engineer, yoga teacher, massage therapist, nutrition coach… lifelong learner!!
Meet Kim
With an insatiable thirst for knowledge and an innate drive to help people, I have spent the past 25 years honing my skills at applying scientific knowledge to finding real world solutions, at alleviating suffering using manual therapy, and at guiding people to find their way back to the driver’s seat after pain has taken the wheel.
My passion is empowering people to be the healthiest, most capable version of themselves, so they can focus on what really matters to them.
Always looking to improve my toolbox of helping strategies, I have studied massage therapy, osteopathy, yoga, meditation, and nutrition coaching.
